Responsibilities:
- Developing captivating lesson plans and providing primary school pupils with excellent instruction.
- Establishing a caring and encouraging learning atmosphere that promotes development on the social, emotional, and academic levels.
- Working together with parents and coworkers to promote student achievement.
- Evaluating student achievement and keeping parents informed about their child’s academic progress.
- Taking part in professional development activities to improve instruction and keep up with changes in the field of education.
Requirements for the Primary Teacher Position:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
- Must provide 2 professional references.
- An enhanced DBS on update service or willingness to apply one.
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate pupils.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
