  • Tailor Learning to Meet Individual Needs: Adapt your teaching methods to suit the diverse abilities and learning styles of your pupils.
  • Monitor Progress: Regularly assess student development, providing constructive feedback to guide their learning journey.
  • Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and support the wider school community.
  • Participate in School Life: Take part in extra-curricular activities and school events to help create a well-rounded educational experience for students.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Primary Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching Year 5 or a similar age group is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A passion for fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the wider school community.
