We are dedicated to helping students succeed both academically and socially.Role Overview:We are seeking a Teaching Assistant to support primary-aged children with behavioural challenges and learning difficulties. You will help these students engage with the curriculum and develop the social and emotional skills they need to succeed.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide classroom support to students with additional learning needs.
  • Assist in implementing behaviour management techniques to support positive engagement.
  • Help students with literacy, numeracy, and other learning activities.
  • Work alongside teachers to adapt lessons to the needs of each student.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with students with challenging behaviours and learning needs.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive approach to problem-solving.
