This role is tasked with developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of an organization’s products and/or services. Successful candidate will work with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.As the Business Development Professional, you will:

  • Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers in the designated market/accounts
  • Generating new business at existing customers / accounts and at new customers
  • Collaborate with other departments to share market and customer needs and create successful business propositions together.
  • Contributing to market strategy: Monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts
  • Keep Sales and forecasting tool up to date and accurate.

You will make impact if you have the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in business management, business administration, marketing and sales, or a technical field related to our products
  • 3+ years experience with the following:
  • Sales/business development experience in the automotive and/or energy industry
  • Experience with identifying and developing new market segments in the transportation industry or similar market environment
  • Understanding of renewable energy policy, incentives and business models
  • Knowledge and understanding of the automotive and EV industry in the U.S./North America
  • Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Flexibility and open-minded attitude (scale up work environment, new industry)
  • Ability to travel up to 50% is required
  • Authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future.

. * The pay range for this position is $79,700 – $151,400 plus incentive.
