Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity?As Manager, Process Automation, you will be responsible to manage and ensure all the automations are operating efficiently. You will support newly trained automation analysts and work on the development of new automation.What will you do?

  • Developing and delivering Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions
  • Support initiatives led by operational excellence managers, business managers or service partners, relating to streamlining processes, and providing data and analytics.
  • Responsible for mentoring junior staff, and providing support and assistance to members of the RPA team.
  • Supporting the Automation program daily by identifying operational issues that arise with the infrastructure, underlying applications or process failures.
  • Being the key relationship contact with CoE to resolve operational issues or escalations.
  • Identifying innovative improvement opportunities to address common issues and executing directly or providing details to process designers.
  • Responsible for support & Maintenance of existing Automations in production.

What do you need to succeed?Must Have:

  • Proficiency with Blue Prism
  • 3 to 5 years previous experience
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Communication skills – written and oral
  • Analytical and Financial Skills

Nice-to-have:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering
  • Software development – familiarity with higher level programming languages
