Location: UK or RomaniaAbout the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Resourcing Leader to drive talent acquisition and workforce planning across our UK and European operations. This strategic role is pivotal in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent aligned with our business needs, while leading a high-performing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in managing large-scale recruitment functions across multiple regions.Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and implement a resourcing strategy for the UK and Europe, aligned with business goals and future workforce needs.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse recruitment team, ensuring high performance and delivery of recruitment KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to understand and address resourcing needs.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee full lifecycle recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Workforce Planning: Partner with the business to forecast staffing needs and develop proactive recruitment pipelines.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Drive initiatives to ensure diverse talent pools, fostering an inclusive recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand across key markets to attract top talent.
  • Process Optimisation: Continuously improve recruitment processes and systems, leveraging technology to drive efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities adhere to local employment laws and regulations across the UK and Europe.

Core Skills and Experience:

  • Proven Leadership Experience: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a recruitment team.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute a regional resourcing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Multi-Market Recruitment: Experience managing recruitment across the UK and Europe, with an understanding of local hiring practices and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with senior leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use recruitment metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR technologies, and digital recruitment platforms.
  • Diversity Recruitment: Commitment to driving diversity and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate and address hiring challenges creatively and proactively.
  • Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation and vendor management skills for partnering with recruitment agencies and external providers.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (CIPD qualification preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years in a recruitment/resourcing leadership role, ideally within a multinational organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK and European employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
