Through our customer-oriented, dynamic and entrepreneurial team, we have a great deal of challenging and fun work assignments to support our growing business.Join us and make a difference!Your Future Team:This is an opportunity to work in a highly varied, challenging, and rewarding technical role, supporting the wider Rockfon specification and commercial teams, and external stakeholders in providing specific product and systems knowledge support to promote Rockfon product and brand awareness.What you will be doing:

  • Dealing with emails and other communications from both internal and external stakeholders and customers
  • Working closely with Customer Services, Specification team and Commercial teams in developing and supporting the UK & Ireland technical offering
  • Creating and updating technical drawings and sketches of standard product details and bespoke solutions
  • Supporting the Marketing department in the preparation of relevant documentation to support the wider Rockfon team
  • Assisting in developing local solutions and supporting new product and system developments
  • Liaising with the Technical Trainer and the Technical Manager regarding the progression of specialist product and system solutions
  • Working on specific acoustic evaluations and providing advice and recommendations based on technical calculations

What you bring:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • Capable of creating and modifying AutoCAD drawings
  • 3D drawing experience using Revit and SketchUp
  • Professional and pro-active approach
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
