Responsibilities:The Financial Analyst is a key member of the EnLink Finance team who will primarily support one of EnLink’s core operating segments. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for a wide array of financial analysis, modeling, and presentations from both forecasting and reporting perspectives. The position requires strong interpersonal and analytical skills to partner with business leaders, provide insights into segment performance, and help driving decision-making and results.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly materials for review of segment financial and operational performance while engaging with key stakeholders from Commercial, Operations and Accounting.
- Assist in the preparation of segment budgets and reforecasts on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Analyze actual monthly results versus budgets, reforecasts and prior month/year results.
- Present analyses to executive management.
- Assist in key finance-related technology advancements including the transition to and adoption of Anaplan and PowerBI.
- Ad hoc tasks, analyses and projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related discipline required.
- 1-3 years’ experience in finance, banking, consulting or Big 4 accounting required.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
- Experience in the midstream or energy industry preferred.
- Demonstrated aptitude and success in financial analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across the organization.
