This company is has experienced rapid growth and are looking to expand their team!As Design Manager you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of Designers – Graphic Designers and Structural
- Taking briefs from customers, account managers or other stakeholders
- Producing new design solutions for clients using CAD software
- Incorporating quality assurance and control processes into packaging design, ensuring adherence to relevant technical and regulatory standards for product packaging
- Testing packaging specifications on demand and providing associated written report to stakeholders
Key attributes required:
- Knowledge of CAD software essential working with corrugated packaging
- Familiarity with value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives is desirable
- Proven track record of delivering design projects
- Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong
- Basic knowledge of graphic artwork development and printing methods
- Minimum of 2 years in packaging development
