Job description
The Legal Counsel will provide expert legal advice and guidance for a leading financial services firm. The role will require comprehensive knowledge of commercial law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the high ethical standards of the firm.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements such as SaaS, software licences.
- Represent the organisation on litigation and regulatory.
- Managing risk and compliance.
- Providing advice to key stakeholders on functional and cross functional areas of impact and alignment.
