We wish to appoint a Clinical Fellow (CT1/2 Equivalent) in Intensive Care Medicine to commence on 5th Feb 2025. Posts are for 6 months in intensive care.Full Registration with the GMC is essential, as is expected completion of Foundation level (F2) competencies before commencing the post. Posts are based at Southmead Hospital, Bristol.Completion of a Foundation Program (or equivalent) and experience and familiarity with UK hospital systems and practices (or equivalent) are essential.Information is also available on our twitter feed @NBT_ICU, or search NBT ICU for clinicians to find our webpage. North Bristol NHS Trust is the largest acute trust in the South West of England. Southmead Hospital is a designated Major Trauma Centre, as well as a regional referral centre for renal medicine, urology, vascular and transplant surgery, neurology and neurosurgery. Qualifications/Registration
Essential

  • Maintain Full registration with the GMC.
  • MB BS (or equivalent)

Training/Experience
Essential

  • Recent experience and familiarity of UK hospital systems and practices (or equivalent).
  • Completion of Foundation Training or Equivalent, Holds (or expected to obtain) certificate of completion of foundation competencies

Personal Requirements

  • Good written communication skills. Evidence of the ability to communicate with patients, colleagues and staff at all levels.
