You’ll lead by example, helping to motivate and develop your team, ensuring care plans are completed on time, and managing medication processes effectively. Regular audits and evaluations are key to this role.Essential Requirements:Relevant professional qualification (e.g., Registered Nurse or NVQ Level 3)Minimum of three years’ experience in a care home setting, with at least one year caring for those with dementiaAwareness of person-centred care planning principlesUnderstanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults and abuse preventionAbility to live within 30 minutes of the care homePreferred Requirements:Two years’ experience in a similar role within a nursing homeExperience supervising care team membersNVQ Level 4 in Adult Health and Social Care or abovePremier Recruitment Solutions Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
