  • Working closely with the Head of Integrated Production and the rest of the team, assisting them with any daily tasks and running of the department where necessary.
  • Helping to train freelancers on using workbook for job estimates, PO’s and recs if required
  • Create budgets and timings for productions as required
  • Produce on any small/medium or large productions for any client as needed.
  • Oversee production related documents such as pre-bids, pre-production, agency insurance decs, artist contracts, factsheets
  • Organise travel – flights & hotel bookings for any agency and client person, using our production related travel company Chartwell.
  • Submit any travel related approvals via CAPM (Accenture Travel Approvals process).
  • Oversee all aspects of the production for TV and radio campaigns from creative development, pre-production, production and post-production
  • Build strong relationships with production companies, sound studios, agents and post -production houses and other industry bodies
  • Produce radio spots from budget to final delivery if required
  • Produce integrated campaign ideas if required

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION:

  • Has the ability to work on own initiative, prioritise tasks and to communicate any potential issues or constraints before they become critical.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Meticulous, honest and committed. This position offers a good opportunity for a motivated person who aspires to grow within the company
  • Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Proactive, with a high level of organization
  • Competent user of Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote to complete all reasonable functions.
  • Knowledge of IPA guidelines, PIBs contracting, Clearcast and other industry practices
  • Demonstrates excellent organization and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Competent user of finance tool Workbook, training will be provided.
  • Build solid relationships with all producers within the team
  • Takes own initiative to learn more about directors, production & post companies and other production partners in the industry
  • Maintains good rapport with colleagues and contributes to a positive attitude in the workplace
  • Ability to plan and meet milestones
  • Has clear understanding of Song values and is able to clearly articulate them both internally and externally.

Education, Experience requirements:

  • 5 years of TV and agency production experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, powerpoint & keynote
