Job description

A Financial Controller is needed to manage and improve our financial performance and direct our accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of industrial/manufacturing financial systems, excellent analytical skills, and be detail-oriented.

• Strong Factory accountant experience with hands on experience in factory / manufacturing accounting
• Product costing , margin analysis
• Overhead and purchase cost analysis and control
• Day to day accounting control of Sales ledge and Purchase ledger
• Preparation of month end reports
• Weekly and monthly MIS reporting
• Cash flow management

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
• Professional certification (e.g. CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
• Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Solid analytical and decision-making skills.
• Leadership skills with a strategic mindset.
