We’re on the lookout for an ambitious AssocRICS/VRS Building Surveyor with experience in Level 2 surveys. This is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing firm with an impressive portfolio and a constant flow of exciting projects. Based out of Epsom, this role offers flexible remote working across territories within the M25.ABOUT THE ROLEKey Responsibilities of the Building Surveyor:– Build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Assist the consultancy team in the smooth delivery of projects.
– Conduct professional Level 2 Building Surveys and Valuations.
– Collaborate effectively with external clients and consultant teams.REQUIREMENTSEssential Skills of the Building Surveyor:– Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
– Proficiency in Home Buyer Reports.
– A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (AssocRICS).
– Strong expertise in Level 2 Building Survey reporting.
