Job Title:Purchase Ledger ClerkLocation:Ashton-Under-Lyne (Fully on-site)Salary:Up to £25,000 per annumHours:08:30am – 16:30pm (Monday to Thursday) / 08:30am – 13:45pm (Friday)Are you an experienced candidate within purchase ledger / accounts payable? Do you want to join a successful business to a very exciting time? The Recruitment Co. are supporting one of our key clients and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Job Responsibilities:
- Processing of all purchase invoices within SAP on a timely basis
- Creating a payment run each week for domestic and overseas vendors
- Ensuring all vendor master data is kept up-to-date, and ensuring there is adequate authorisation for changes to such master data
- Reconciling a sample of vendor statements and investigating any discrepancies
- Ensuring SAP purchase ledger records are correct and accurate
- Maintaining a clean ledger
- Ad hoc projects
Candidate Requirements / Experience:
- Attention to detail
- Accurate input skills
- Purchase ledger experience
- Experience across SAP and/or Oracle
- Worked within a manufacturing environment (ideally)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work on site full time
