Warehouse ManagerPermanentMonday to FridayNorfolkSalary To Be Discussed (DOE)Due to continued company growth, we are supporting a Norfolk client with their search for an experienced Warehouse Manager.If you’re driven, have a passion for logistics, and a commitment to continuous improvement, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all warehousing activities are conducted safely in accordance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Create and maintain a safe and organised environment for team members, contractors, and visitors.
- Work closely with the Customer Service, Operations, and Procurement teams.
- Manage the Warehouse team and oversee two warehouses: Raw Materials and Finished Goods.
- Drive efficiency improvements through strategic planning and collaboration with supply partners, leveraging the Management Information System (MIS) and continuous improvement practices.
Required Experience
- Strong knowledge & experience of working in a modern warehouse environment (manufacturing experience would be an advantage)
- A valid Forklift license
- Expertise in transport options
- Comprehensive knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
- Proficient in IT, teamwork, organisation, and communication
