If you want to do more because you care, we’d love to talk to you.EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOWAs part of this programme you’ll play an essential part in improving the quality of 500 kilometres of river by upgrading sewerage treatment works, treating spills from storm overflows, and installing river quality monitoring. The significance of the work you will do makes this such an exciting project to be a part of!As a Project Coordinator, you will assist in the management of project deliverables from business case approval to closure, to make sure that these are achieved on time, within cost and to agreed quality standards.You will record minutes at project meetings along with the Risks, Issues, Actions, Dependencies etc. You will be responsible for keeping detailed project notes and records ensuring the collaboration workspace is updated. You will produce reports for the Project Managers ahead of board / governance meetings.Prepare project quality, control and performance feedback against metrics (such as defects / customer complaints.You’ll scope and create project plans with input from the project team, whilst effectively working with both internal and external stakeholders.You’ll also support with financial management of projects, alongside facilitating the resolution of arising issues, managing SAP & project related information.In this role you’ll initially focus on less complex, low risk projects and you’ll be supported in every way of your journey to grow and to do more.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLEYou’ll join us with experience in a similar role, using great co-ordination skills, great communication skills to drive effective project management.It is imperative that you have great communication skills alongside a want to deliver work on time in a structured format.Experience in a project environment would be ideal!Of course, it’s important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity, and a caring attitude in equal weight.The right skills and experience are important.
