Salary range: $37.00 – $41.00 per hourJob Responsibilities:The Staff Development Nurse maintains employee health information, educational programs, and facility and Nursing Department Orientations; administers TB screening, Hepatitis B vaccines, and flu vaccines; and assists with the hiring of RNs and LPNs. * Maintains employee health information and administers TB screening, Hepatitis B vaccines, and flu vaccines.
- Coordinates and leads educational programs for staff.
- Coordinates New Employee Orientation.
- Coordinates and leads Nursing Department Orientation.
- Assists with the hiring of RNs and LPNs, as required.
Requirements:Education: Associate’s Degree or its equivalent, majoring in Nursing. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of employment.Experience: Minimum five years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
