Environmental Consultant – Drive Positive Change in Scottish Communities!Are you passionate about enhancing Scottish communities through impactful environmental projects? RSK Group is searching for a proactive, self-motivated Environmental Consultant to manage small-scale projects across Scotland and support senior consultants on larger, high-profile initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with clients, oversee projects from start to finish, and ensure that each one meets RSK’s exceptional standards in quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.This role offers a combination of working from home, in the office and on client sites across the region.What You’ll Do:

  • Project Management: Lead small projects from start to successful closeout, and play a key supporting role in larger ventures alongside our seasoned consultants.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate confidently and effectively with clients, understanding and delivering on their needs with precision.
  • Technical Excellence: Apply your expertise to support a diverse range of technical projects, staying compliant with legislation, RSK procedures, and SHEQ standards.
  • Tender Coordination: Take charge of small tenders and assist senior team members in crafting compelling proposals for larger projects.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A degree in a relevant field and relevant experience from a similar organisation.
  • A thorough knowledge of environmental legislation, project management, and financial oversight to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Communication skills that foster strong teamwork and collaboration across departments and with clients.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and impactful presentations.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £32,000 – £38,000
