  • Lead Major Renewable Energy Projects: Manage Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for high-profile projects, guiding them through planning and permitting processes.
  • Develop Comprehensive Documentation: Prepare and deliver detailed feasibility studies, environmental statements, and other key EIA deliverables.
  • Strategic Growth: Lead in proposal and tender preparation, supporting business development and maintaining robust client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide Strategic Expertise: Offer specialist advice on environmental and regulatory issues, ensuring projects meet best practices and sustainability targets.
  • Mentor and Lead Teams: Support junior staff, nurturing future environmental leaders, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: A strong record of delivering EIA or environmental consulting services, with the ability to lead complex renewable energy projects.
  • Educational Background: BSc degree in a relevant discipline; MSc in Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Management, or a related field is desirable.
  • Professional Credentials: Full IEMA membership, or equivalent, and Chartered Environmentalist status, or working actively towards it.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of EIA legislation, guidance, and best practices, with robust skills in project and financial management.
