Our client, a well-established law firm recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers rankings, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their team in Hertfordshire. The Family Solicitor will handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, providing high-quality legal services to clients while contributing to the firm’s ongoing success and reputation.Responsibilities
- Manage family law cases from set-up to completion
- Undertake advocacy in finance and private children cases
- Support mediation and alternative dispute resolution processes
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues
- Participate in monthly supervisions and file reviews
Requirements
- Sound technical knowledge of private family law, including HNW divorces, as well as nuptial and cohabitation agreements
- Client-focused approach
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit team
