Job Description:OverviewPacific Retirement Services (PRS), a non-profit leader in the senior living/hospitality industry, is seeking a highly skilled, team-oriented Financial Analyst II to join our team. This full-time position will be based out of our home office in Medford, Oregon.What you’ll be doing:You’ll spearhead financial modeling and analysis of both financial and nonfinancial data for our affiliated and managed communities. Your role will extend to providing support for diverse development activities, budgeting initiatives, tax returns, market research, and comprehensive due diligence assistance. Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in certain accounting functions. Your primary focus will be on optimizing operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of financial integrity. This entails ensuring all accounting transactions adhere meticulously to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), internal controls, state regulations, and other administrative policies.   • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in accounting, finance or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Excel, and computerized accounting systems, especially ERP systems, Workday experience preferred. Excel competency testing may be required.
  • Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), business contracts, best practices in accounting, and other outside reporting principles and regulations.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Fully in-person for the first 6 months, with the option to move to a hybrid role (3 days in-person/2 days from home) after 6 months.

  • $79,680 – $99,600 annually, depending on experience.
