We are seeking a dedicated Collections Advisor to join our Customer Service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payment, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment of outstanding debts.
• Offer exceptional customer service, resolving queries and issues in a professional manner.
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to achieve department goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities for improving processes and procedures within the department.
• Adhere to company policies and industry regulations at all times.
