As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in helping students achieve their potential and grow with confidence.Role OverviewIn this role, you’ll work closely with teachers to provide classroom assistance, one-on-one support, and help create a welcoming, inclusive space for students.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Support:
- Assist students individually or in small groups to support their learning and development.
- Encourage independence through structured activities and personal guidance.
- Nurture a supportive and positive learning environment.
Classroom Assistance:
- Help teachers plan and deliver lessons tailored to the needs of SEN students.
- Maintain an organised, safe, and engaging classroom.
- Report student progress to the teaching team.
