As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a supportive, inclusive environment where students can develop confidence and achieve their potential.Role OverviewIn this role, you’ll provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special needs, assist teachers in delivering lessons, and help create a positive classroom environment.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Support:

• Offer personalised assistance to SEN students.
• Promote independence and confidence through structured activities.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.

Classroom Assistance:

• Help teachers plan and deliver lessons suited to SEN students.
• Maintain a safe, organised, and engaging classroom space.
• Monitor student progress and report to the teaching team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience working with children, preferably in an SEN setting.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection practices.
• A nurturing, patient, and flexible approach to working with students.
