We will rely on you to:

  • Establish Regional Treasury Centre: Support the Director and Manager in the establishment of the Treasury Centre including the establishment of new processes and any associated procedural documentation.
  • Regional Banking & Liquidity Structures: Work with the Manager of Ireland Treasury to review local banking and potential corporate liquidity structures with the aim of reducing reliance on Citibank globally and enabling local concentration.
  • Cash Postioning & Forecasting: Monitor and forecast daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity.
  • Bank Account Administration: Processing any bank account administration required as part of ongoing business or coordinating the implementation of new bank structures, services and controls processes.
  • Administers regional repatriations: Support the regional repatriation program and analysis of excess cash projections and follow the repatriation process and coordinate payment process.
  • Administers regional funding needs: Support the Manager of Ireland Treasury on reviewing funding requests, coordinating funding transactions with related documentation and maintains the loans in FIS Quantum while regularly reviewing existing inter-company loans to identify opportunities to rationalize and eliminate.
  • Administers regional financial support undertakings: Reviews FSU requests ensuring appropriate local and regional approvals have been received and liaises with Treasury NY to ensure timely provision of FSU while maintaining FSU’s database in FIS Quantum.
  • Administers regional FX – provide advice & execute hedging: Support the Manger of Ireland Treasury on the administration of the regional FX exposures and any associated risk management.
  • Administers investments and provide advice: Support the Manager of Ireland Treasury on the administration of any regional investment activities/strategies, both corporate and client, transacted out of the Ireland team.
  • Administers regional investment compliance: Compiles monthly investment compliance reports to notify operations of banks ratings changes and any resulting limit reductions while assisting operations to identify alternatives to resolve exceptions and track progress.
  • Report on global bank limit utilization to Head Office & International Treasury: Prepare any reporting on bank limit utilization.
  • Administer the analysis of key treasury data: Carry out the analysis of cash, FX exposures, invested funds, interest income and yields, including for management reporting, budgeting and forecasting functions.
  • Monitor banking service levels: Manage and report on the banking relationships and service levels addressing and deficiencies while monitoring bank fees and work with Treasury NY to identify potential reductions.
  • Other: Provides guidance on MMC treasury policies and undertakes acquisition due diligence reviews.
