The main responsibility is to support the coordination of competitive tenders and facilitate inputs from multiple business lines. The successful candidate will provide full administrative and research support to the Bid Team to ensure high quality, competitive and consistent delivery is achieved by Colliers when tendering for business.Job DescriptionProvide administrative bid support to the Bid Team and Client Engagement.Diary Management: Maintaining diaries and work in progress spreadsheets; coordinating meetings (minutes of meetings)/presentations/rehearsalsCoordinate Competitive Tenders through all bid stages, facilitating inputs from multiple business lines (training/direction can be provided)Daily administration of dedicated mailboxes, websites and monitoring of bid opportunity alerts (OJEU, opportunities via frameworks and direct department bid requests) (training provided)Completing PQQs, supplier and portal registrations (training will be provided)Contributing to and maintaining the Bid Library & internal intranet pagesProof reading and quality assurance of bids prior to submissionManagement of online portal submissionsUndertaking projects to develop tools, templates and commercial best practiceResearch analysis/inputFormulating effective relationships with clients/stakeholdersQualificationsStrong attention to detail is essentialAbility to multitask and show initiativeGood time management skills: ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlinesExcellent knowledge of MS Office is essential (Word; Excel; PowerPoint).Good project managementExcellent English and numerical skillsStrong organisational and communication skills – the ability to deal effectively and appropriately with staff at all levels within the companyExperience coordinating multiple teams/bids, preferably in a property environmentAdditional InformationAt Colliers, we offer an opportunity to be part of a professional team dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our clients.
