Oaklands Health Centre are looking to expand their friendly reception team. We are looking for somebody who is passionate about customer care and providing patients with a positive experience whenever they contact the practice. We currently have a part time position available to work 16 hours per week.Hours required to work are Tuesdays 12.30 – 6.30pm and Fridays 8am – 6.30pm.Main duties of the job

  • Dealing with enquires from patients at the reception desk.
  • Dealing with enquires from patients on the telephone, including making appointments.
  • Effectively signposting patients to appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • General administration duties, i.e handling incoming and outgoing correspondence from hospitals and other healthcare providers.
