Get in touch with us to discuss in more detail.About the roleWe are looking for Finance EPM Systems Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration and administration of the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud application and any other EPM platform(s).In this role you will ensure that our EPM software is optimised to support the organisation’s financial planning, cost-allocation, budgeting & forecasting and narrative reporting processes.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle EPM Cloud application, ensuring that the system meets business requirements, is configured for optimal performance, and is aligned to the organizational target architecture and data strategy.Manage day-to-day operations of the EPM Cloud systems, including user and system administration, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.Continually identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial planning and reporting processes.Ensure seamless data integration between Oracle EPM Cloud and other enterprise systems, including ERP and CRM applications.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively use the EPM Cloud applications.Support the finance team during the monthly/quarterly/annual close process.Assist with financial data analysis and provide business insights.Manage EPM-related projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.Liaise with Oracle and other vendors to resolve system issues, apply updates, and stay informed about new features and best practices.Triage production issues, and identify solutions and remediation.Implement solutions promptly, following all necessary change management procedure.Act as liaison with our IT department to ensure any necessary support is planned and provided to safeguard system stability.Provide technical support to regular patching and upgrade programs.Audit & ComplianceEnsure that the EPM Cloud systems comply with organisational policies and industry regulations, and implement appropriate security measures to protect sensitive data.Plan, implement and maintain regulatory/statutory updates to Oracle EPM Cloud.Stay informed about industry regulations and adapt our systems accordingly.Support annual audit requirements and ensure compliance with UK SOX and Financial Control framework.Ensure all development is delivered in-line with full change management methodologies.Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation ensuring it is regularly reviewed and stored for all solutions developed and all operational processes.Skills & ExperienceSignificant experience in managing Oracle EPM systems or similar financial systems, with a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.Oracle EPM Certification highly desirable.Must have relevant financial systems technical and development experience, ideally gained in financial services sector and/or Treasury function.Significant analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.Expert technical/functional experience of Oracle EPM Cloud.Expert knowledge of implementing and running Oracle EPM Cloud.Knowledge of SQL, data integration tools, and other relevant technologies.Technical/functional/development knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite desirable.Understanding of end-to-end systems development lifecycle.Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and evolving technologies.High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports.Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.Company BenefitsA Competitive Salary, Pension Scheme and Life AssuranceAlong with 25 Days Annual Leave plus an Additional Day on us for your BirthdayPrivate Medical Cover and Income Protection, just in caseA generous and highly achievable bonus scheme – paid annually based on individual and company performance against targetsOpportunity to progress within your career both in-role and within the companyFREE access to the Headspace App, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Helpline and Trained Physical & Mental Health First Aiders (On-Site)A variety of Employee Funded Benefits available to you via our Online Benefits PortalPlus, several additional purchase options available for you and your loved onesAbout UsWe’re a FTSE 250 Financial Services company who specialise in retirement solutions and right now, our world is moving pretty quickly.How people work, save, and plan for the future is all changing.
