Job description
A great opportunity for a 3+ years PQE Intellectual Property Solicitor to work at a boutique Intellectual Property Law firm founded by two City trained solicitors.The successful Intellectual Property Solicitor will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on Intellectual Property law matters (primarily, trade marks, design right and copyright)
- Advise on a broad range of commercial contracts
- Research complex legal queries (including AI and cross-border IP)
- Conduct proceedings in the IPEC, High Court and the IPO
- Prepare and file applications for registered trade mark and designs
- Ad hoc advice on broad commercial matters
Flexible working |Work with an impressive roster of clientsA successful Intellectual Property Solicitor should have:
- 3+ years PQE
- The ability to provide excellent legal advice
- Strong knowledge of IP rights, copyrights and trademarks
- Exceptional negotiation skills
- Good team working skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues
