Weekly to travel to Reigate and Belfast (Q) requiredWe have an exciting opportunity for a brand new Workplace Service Manager role to join our HR team, to support the Head of Workplace all aspects of facility management delivery and contract management.This role will deliver our facility management services within our office portfolio, working with and managing our service partners to ensure high standards of health, safety and environment compliance is met, as well as supporting on wider workplace and activities projects, such as Carbon reduction, car and desk booking etcKey Responsibilities:Management of the Facilities Management contract ensuring delivery of first class services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to drive improvements to service delivery and drive innovationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, listening and responding to feedback and take action to improve service delivery.Ensure that all FM activities and services are compliant with local health, safety and environmental regulations.Oversee the delivery of all planned and reactive maintenance activity.Collaborate with legal counsel and procurement to review, select and appoint new suppliers and finalise contract terms and conditions.Assist with office relocations and general moves activity to ensure that core services runseamlessly.Control the property cost base and assist with budget planningSkills and Experience:IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH General CertificateProven experience in facilities contract management or real estate environmentExperience managing contractors and suppliers.Knowledge of building operations and maintenance procedures which includes an understanding of mechanical and electrical services.In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation.Detail-oriented with excellent organisation and time management skills.Experience in budget preparation and management.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively within defined deadlinesExperience in cost management and managing budgetsCompany BenefitsA Competitive Salary, Pension Scheme and Life AssuranceAlong with 25 Days Annual Leave plus an Additional Day on us for your BirthdayPrivate Medical Cover and Income Protection, just in caseA generous and highly achievable bonus scheme – paid annually based on individual and company performance against targetsOpportunity to progress within your career both in-role and within the companyFREE access to the Headspace App, a 24/7 Employee Assistance Helpline and Trained Physical & Mental Health First Aiders (On-Site)A variety of Employee Funded Benefits available to you via our Online Benefits PortalPlus, several additional purchase options available for you and your loved onesAbout UsWe’re a FTSE 250 Financial Services company who specialise in retirement solutions and right now, our world is moving pretty quickly.How people work, save, and plan for the future is all changing.
