Job Description:Position Summary: This position will manage the Polyglass Private Label area with a focus on business development and growth, expansion of services, building relationships, etc.Responsibilities:
- Creates and implements strategies and tactics to generate Private Label revenue and achieve sales goals.
- Partners with Private Label customers to uncover their anticipated short-to-long-term product demand needs and then communicates to various Polyglass departments.
- Leads and approves all Polyglass Private Label account development activities, which includes customer satisfaction, expansion of products, and sustaining customer loyalty.
- Responsible for all efforts to build and establish a foundation for growth of PG’s Private Label business.
- Reviews with EVP of Sales the overall profitability and strategic value of each account.
- Works cross-functionally with other Polyglass departments to uncover opportunities to reduce the internal costs to service these accounts while also striving to create additional cost-saving efficiencies and value-added capabilities throughout the Polyglass organization.
- Develops and manages relationships with Polyglass Sales partners, prospects, and customers.
- Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering or related disciplines.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct industry experience in sales, product management or other customer facing role.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the design, construction and liquid-applied roofing industries and related service needs.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales account negotiation and management with high value customers.
- Travel of 50% required
