Posted 13 hours agoAdministrative Assistant is required to work with our client, Belfast Health & Social Care Trust. This post is based at Knockbreda Well-being and Treatment Centre . This is a temporary ongoing post that will last between 3-6 months with a possibility of extension. The successful candidate will start immediately and work 37.5 hours per week Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour.In this role you will provide administrative and support service to social work staff with Family and Childcare some of the duties include:
- Typing minutes of meetings, invitations, and untoward incidents
- Note Taking/records at meetings
- Filing letters,reports and memo
- Cash handling duties
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSEs including English and Math at grade C or above
- Minimum of 2 years administrative experience
- NVQ level 2 in Administration
