And they do so effortlessly. “Please view our full recruitment brochureThe RoleWildLand is seeking a skilled and dedicated Rural Building Surveyor to join our team in the Scottish Highlands. This role is essential to maintaining and enhancing the high standards of our estate buildings across the WildLand estates.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all buildings, both historic and modern, are maintained to the highest standards, ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic quality of these assets. Reporting to the Director of Build Development you will collaborate closely with the Conservation and Hospitality Departments supporting their requirements in respect of our Steadings and Workspaces as well our Lodges, Hotels, and Cottages and staff accommodation, leading and managing internal maintenance teams and external contractors to deliver programmes and projects on time and on budget.In addition to a competitive salary, benefits, and a fantastic culture, joining WildLand offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a beautiful part of Scotland.
