Title: Data & Compliance Analyst
Location: Foster City, CA; 3 days per week
Contract Duration: 4 Months with opportunity to extend
Pay Range : $40.00 – $50.00 USD hourly on W2Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Data & Compliance Management:

  • Accurately and efficiently manage and enter key external event information into compliance database systems.
  • Ensure data completeness, consistency, and compliance with organizational and industry regulations.
  • Maintain and update program records and any necessary compliance documentation.
  • Stay up to date with all applicable regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical corporate events.
  • Facilitate the execution of HCP Agreements, including using provided templates and managing the signature process to ensure such agreements are fully executed. Company will ensure that no edits are made to the provided templates unless has reviewed such edits and has provided its written approval on a case-by-case basis.

Quality Controls & Reporting:

  • Ensure that all program data complies with industry-specific requirements and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all agreements, data entry, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare reports and summaries as required, demonstrating adherence to regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the legal and contractual aspects of agreements and ensure they meet all compliance standards.
  • Execute QC checks and reviews on ongoing activity for completeness, accuracy, and compliance to process.

Project Management and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, marketing, and agency partners to ensure the successful execution and planning of programs in a compliant manner.
  • Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders regarding programs.
  • Contribute to process development and implementation in connection with efficient execution of externally facing programs.
  • Oversee and support the maintenance of SOPs, processes, and templates for the External & Customer Events team.

Required Years of Experience: 3+Top 3 Required Skill Sets: Financial acumen, project management, acute attention to detail/self-organized,Top 3 Nice to Have Skill Sets: Previous experience working in a compliance-based role, ability to self-mange workload, cross partner collaborationUnique Selling Point of this role: position works across department and supports product portfolio, ability to identify process improvements and implement / track impact.Required Degree or Certification: Bachelors Degree
