Job Description:MAJOR FUNCTION:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.QUALIFICATIONS:Education & Experience:
- You must be enrolled in a BSN or MSN program from an accredited school of professional nursing within six months of hire or rehire and graduate on or before the third employment anniversary date into a nursing position. * BSN or MSN graduates preferred
- *Grandfathered Exemption of Educational Requirement:
- Hired on or before May 31, 2013 — IMC
- Hired on or before August 4, 2015 – IMCW
- Hired on or before May 31, 2023 – IMCM
- 2 years Med Surg experience a plus.
- Previous hemodialysis experience required.
- In lieu of, 1-2 years Critical Care experience.
Certification/Licensure:
- Must possess and maintain a current license in the State of New Jersey as a Registered Nurse.
- BLS required.
- Certified Nurse Nephrologist National Certification preferred.
- ACLS preferred, once 100 days in position, required.
