We are currently looking for a dedicated and child-centred Registered Manager to open a beautiful home in the NG2 area of Nottingham. You will be fully involved in the recruitment of your own staff team and will have a say in how the home is presented. You will be fully supported throughout by an experienced Registered Manager, as well as having support from the Responsible Individual. If you do not hold the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, then we will enrol you onto the qualification as soon as you commence your employment with us.Job Summary: The Registered Manager is responsible for the efficient and effective running of the home, providing leadership and guidance to the staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting the safety and well-being of the Children and young people.Experience: • Residential: 2 years (required) Licence/Certification: • Driving Licence (required
