You will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality insights on Planned vs actual performance to our depot teams and central office, helping to enhance the value of our network. By combining these insights with our financial data, you will also monitor the benefits and progress of various initiatives aimed at supporting our business objectives. Role details:Salary: Competitive
Hours: 37.5 hours Per Week
Working pattern: Monday- Friday (Plus the opportunity to work from home in line with our hybrid ways of working)What you’ll do:Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Provide daily insights through our PVA suite of reports and specific analyses required by our depot management or project teams.
  • Support with the data collection to help build new reporting capability and tools.
  • Responsibility for maintaining the master data for our Driver Resourcing suit of tools.
  • Track key operational KPI and financial metrics to demonstrate and quantify the benefit for key initiatives within Transport and measuring their impact on the business.
  • Develop & maintain internal trackers so we are clearly able to report on how each initiative is progressing through the business.
  • Using data, identify opportunities to support Gist’s business objectives and proactively suggest solutions.

Who you are:Your skills and experience will include:

  • Good understanding of Gist and M&S logistics, processes, and ways of working.
  • High level of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Gist Transport systems and a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to manage multiple reports and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
