As a purposeful, values-driven brand, we are committed to being a force for good in the world as well, creating the next generation of sustainable luxury for customers, driving industry change and championing our communities.JOB PURPOSEAs an Accountant, RMX (Raw Materials Excess), you will own the day to day management of our raw materials system, including the reviewing and approving of transactions, leading on internal reporting from the system and being a key contact for all RMX queries.This Accountant, RMX role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based in our Queen Street, Leeds office 2/3 days per week.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing the raw material system (iStock), ensuring adherence to SLA, controls and implementing process efficiencies. Activities will include creating consolidations, removals, invoice requests and reconciliations
  • Reviewing and approving transactions, journals, balances and reports
  • Owning integrated reporting on raw materials, delivering monthly internal reporting to both finance teams and operational teams to aid business decisions
  • Acting as a key contact for internal stakeholders for RMX balances
  • Ensuring compliance with the Group Policies, including operating of internal controls over financial reporting
  • Sharing ideas for consolidating, upgrading or implementing new systems, process efficiencies and improvement

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Finance administration/accounting experience in a large commercial organisation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Highly numerate
  • High level of IT and systems proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel essential and working with large data sets
  • Experience with SAP advantageous, but not essential
  • Project management skills and able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
