Resourcing Group are recruiting for an interim asset manager for a large housing association in Yorkshire.This role will be overseeing a small team of surveyors and supporting another team leader.The main work will be –
– managing stock condition surveys conducted by the in-house team and external contractors.
– overseeing the transfer of data being onto the system
– managing option appraisals for the current housing stockThis is an interim position for 3-6 months looking for an experienced asset manager who has similar experience.Offices are in Leeds and York so you can work out of either as required. Ideally 2-3 days in an office each week.Pay is £300-£500 per day (negotiable)
