In this role, you will streamline processes and have a direct impact on the continued success and growth of the company. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and leading by example to ensure objectives are met. The main responsibilities include:

• Oversee the accounting for all entities
• Supervise and provide leadership for bookkeeping staff
• Monitor cash flow, expenses and bank accounts
• Assist in streamlining processes and efficiencies
• Implement procedures for improvements as needed
• Other duties as required

• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Supervisory experience
• Strong English communication skills, oral and written

• Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry
