This position will collaborate closely with school districts, regional coordinators, and partners to implement and refine strategies that advance the principles of High School Success.Typical Duties Include:Program Development and Coordination: Collaborate with a team to manage significant contract resources, providing critical support for cross-agency and cross-office initiatives that meet program goals.Technical Assistance and Support: Serve as a primary resource for technical assistance to school districts and regional coordinators, guiding them in effective implementation of High School Success strategies.Data-Driven Leadership and Analysis: Lead data and research projects that drive evidence-based improvements within the High School Success framework, aligning with agency-wide goals and initiatives.This role requires a collaborative approach, working with diverse teams to support dropout prevention efforts, ensure effective program execution, and promote educational success for high school students statewide.Minimum Qualifications (Need to Have)A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Public Administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, Finance, Political Science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills related to data policy and practice strategy and five years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.ORAny combination of experience and education equivalent to eight years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.Minimum qualifications must be met to qualify for this position.Desired Attributes (Nice to Have):Proficiency in Design Thinking and Innovative Practices: Experience with design thinking models, innovative design practices, and co-constructed processes.Skilled Group Facilitator: Expertise in facilitating both large and small groups, ensuring active engagement and collaboration.Research and Policy Analysis Expertise: Strong ability to conduct research, analysis, and evaluation, with experience in developing evidence-based policies, particularly in education.Effective Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including active listening.Partner Engagement and Technical Assistance: Experience advising and providing technical assistance to partners across various sectors, including education.Project and Task Management: Proven ability to manage projects with multiple partners and prioritize tasks effectively.Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Ability to engage and work effectively with culturally diverse groups, including respect for sovereign nations and diverse perspectives.Interpersonal and Coaching Abilities: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with experience in employee coaching and fostering positive relationships.We are most interested in finding the best candidate for the job.
