As a Multi-Functional Manufacturing Supervisor supporting C-130 Body Mate & Final, you’ll lead a team dedicated to achieving high standards in production, quality, and safety. - Lead and oversee a represented workforce in the C-130J Mid/Mate area to meet production objectives.
- Develop crew plans to align with cost and schedule requirements.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to cost, schedule, quality, supply chain, technical, and personnel challenges.
- Drive and support initiatives to improve work sequences, engineering, planning, tooling, and waste reduction.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and metrics.
- Energize team members, actively practicing Commitment to Action (COA), and hold team members accountable for performance.

- Experience in aircraft production and manufacturing processes.
- Hands-on experience working in a shop floor environment.
- Proficiency in using Shop Floor Manager (SFM) or similar systems.
- Previous leadership or management experience in a production setting.
- Experience managing and collaborating with hourly employees.
- Experience in budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
Desired skills
- Familiarity with the Quality Action Document System (QADS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Knowledge of C-130 assembly processes and procedures.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training and development.
- Working knowledge of AutoTime for timekeeping and labor tracking.
- Experience with AMS (Aircraft Maintenance Systems) and SAHP (Systems Application for High Performance).
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
