With features like automated mentor-mentee matching, comprehensive tools for managing mentorship sessions, and in-depth reporting capabilities, this company is making a meaningful impact in the workplace.They are expanding their team and seeking a remote Account Manager to grow wallet share within their existing enterprise accounts.What Makes Them Great:

About You:

  • You have 1-2 years of experience as a Business Development Representative and are looking to move into a full sales cycle role, or you have experience as an Account Manager and are ready to break into managing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Ideally, this person will have a background in SaaS, with a strong preference for HR SaaS.
  • You are a motivated self-starter with a proven history of surpassing quotas and a desire to take charge of high-value accounts!
  • You are passionate about mentorship, employee development, and helping organizations achieve success through learning programs.

Compensation: Base salary of $75K plus a $50K variable component, 4 weeks of vacation, standard benefits, and equity!Final Note:
