The RPM will collaborate closely with the National Manager B2B Indirect Sales to ensure smooth execution of partner-related sales operations and closing new business opportunities. Acting as the primary local contact for partner teams, the RPM collects regional insights and trends to support the distributor strategy and related action plans. The RPM actively seeks new opportunities in the Office/New Territory Segments and build key local relationships to increase market share within Nespresso Strategic Customer Segments.A day in the life:
- Manage and evolve both national and regional B2B partnership strategy, including analysing and assessing the partner network, making recommendations for improvement, and proposing new partnerships.
- Ensure flawless execution of partner strategies, monitoring results and serving as the local point of contact for communication with the sales organization.
- Stay updated on customer and market knowledge, analysing trends and sharing best practices with the team and headquarters.
- Maintain premium brand values and deliver exceptional customer experiences in distributor accounts, optimizing brand equity and promoting sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyse market developments and anticipate future trends.
- Provide practical tools, programs, and solutions to enhance Nespresso’s presence and strengthen partnerships.
Role Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with or managing distributors/partners a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or food service network.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Key Account Management (KAM) and/or Field Sales experience.
- Experience in managing, leading, and developing partnerships with third-party organizations.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with non-traditional Out of Home Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) business in core and strategic segments such as Workplace, Hospitality & Dining, Education, Healthcare, Senior Living etc.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to build strong and sustainable relationships with colleagues internally and externally
- Proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently in Toronto, taking initiative and driving sales projects forward.
- Strong collaboration skills, able to effectively work with a cross functional teams based in Montreal despite the geographical distance.
- Ability to work independently and excel in the role, regardless of whether the individual is an office-based person or not.
