Senior Quantity SurveyorLocation: London (NW)Salary / Package: £54,000 – £63,000 per annum, negotiable dependant on experience plus package including;– Company Car

– Pension, share incentive plan, recognition schemes and moreSummaryOne of the UK’s largest infrastructure contractors are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Senior Quantity Surveyor work on a £1 billion Station delivery project in North West London,As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to undertake all duties within the commercial department and project teams such as;– Producing and provide accurate forecasts of project costs to completion and final value
– Continual monitoring of projected costs
– Monitor cash flow and valuation plan
– Ensure contract variations are identifiedSeeking candidate with– Strong experience in Quantity Surveying (5+ years)
– Major civils/infrastructure projects experience
– Holds CSCS
– Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying
– NEC3 experience
