I am currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Administration Executive for a well-established and expanding company based in Leeds! This truly is a brilliant opportunity for the right person to take a step back from those stressful sales but still be indulged in the Travel Industry!Job Description:

  • Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team
  • Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations
  • Processing and chasing tickets
  • Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send
  • Correct and amend existing bookings
  • After sales including processing refunds
  • Assisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods.
  • Responding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team members
  • Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive payments
  • Assisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projects.

Experience Required:

  • At least 1 year travel industry experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • Organised
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, as well as in a team
  • PC Literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems
  • A very strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

The Package:

  • Flexible working hours available
  • Salary up to £23k, DOE
