- خبرة مثبتة في التدريب وبناء القدرات في مجال الإعلام او المجالات ذات الصلة.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات إعادة الإدماج وإعادة التأهيل، وخاصة في سياقات ما بعد الصراع.
- خبرة في اعداد المواد التدريبية الشاملة.
- مهارات تواصل شخصية ممتازة.
