Applies complete knowledge, skills, and practices to perform assignments.Job DescriptionWHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?Looking for a dedicated QE to join our team. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our product/services meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. The QE will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, develop, and execute testing strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal product quality.WHAT WILL YOU DO?As a QE, you will play a important role in ensuring quality, reliability of our product and you will be responsible forTest Planning & Execution:Develop and Execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.Bug Reporting & Tracking:Identify, report and track defects through defect management tool(JIRA, qTest), ensuring issues/defects are resolved in timely manner.Regression Testing:Execute Regression testing to confirm that new functionalities or bug fixes have not negatively impacted existing functionality.Collaboration:Work closely with development teams, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.Continuous Improvement:Propose and implement process improvements for testing methodologies, tools and practices.Documentation:Maintain clear, detailed test documentation and results and ensuring transparency and traceability.PIV Testing:Validate final product release to ensure quality metrics and product requirements are met before production deployment.Root Cause Analysis:Analyze the root cause of defects and work with cross functional teams to prevent future occurrences.WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?Must have:Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.3+ Years of Experience in Quality Engineering, Experience in Manual TestingPostman, SoapUI, Service/API Testing, Agile Methodology, JIRA, qTestDemonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.Nice-to-have:Mobile Testing, CI/CD Pipeline, Jenkins, Test Frameworks (TestNG), Mobile Automation knowledgeKnowledge of programing/Scripting languages Java, Java script or Python,Soft Skills:Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Attention to detail and passion for ensuring product quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.What’s in it for you?We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
